From the Grand Revealing of UniLend v2 OMNIS testnet on Binance LIVE to the launch of the v2 OMNIS Guild Application. May month has been exciting for UniLend Finance.
This month, our co-founders Chandresh Aharwar and Tarun Malik also joined the UniLend Telegram community for a special UniLend V2 OMNIS to answer community questions and queries. For our education initiatives, we introduced a novel approach to minimize risks like the Death Spiral of LUNA & UST price crash. We also organized AMAs and quizzes as part of our community outreach initiatives. Celebrated Bitcoin Pizza Day by giving away cool exclusive UniLend merchandise.
We’re glad to share that UniLend is in the final stages of testnet. Bear or Bull market, UniLend will always keep BUIDLing and revolutionising the decentralised finance.

Grand UniLend v2 OMNIS Testnet revealed on Binance LIVE | $5000 Rewards Distributed 🤩
May 19: On May 19th, more than 8k people watched our most highly anticipated event, the Grand Unveiling of UniLend v2 OMNIS on Binance Live.
🎙Our CEO & Co-Founder Chandresh Aharwar joined Binance LIVE for an epic AMA session to discuss the possibilities UniLend OMNIS brings to the DeFi 2.0 and gave a live demo of the v2 testnet.
🤩For the first time, the community witnessed the magic of v2 OMNIS.
🎁 Total $5000 rewards were distributed among the community members during the Livestream for an exciting LIVE Q&A session, Social Q&A, and Signup Bonus followed by a fun UniLend OMNIS-related quiz!

UniLend v2 OMNIS Guild Application
May 10: After our successful unveiling of UniLend v2 OMNIS on Binance Live, we’re opening OMNIS for the community for the Bug Bounty program.
📲 Users will get early access to our v2 OMNIS testnet & get incentivise for finding bugs in our protocol.

Moving towards OMNIS Testnet with Completion of Bug Bounty🕵
May 10: Earlier this year, we launched Bug Bounty with ImmuneFi & we saw a great response from the developer’s community. We’re glad to share that no major bugs were reported.

A Novel Approach to Minimise Risk-like Death Spiral of LUNA & UST price crash🌪
May 25:🔻 The Death Spiral of LUNA & UST crashed 98% in price value causing huge collateral damage across the DeFi ecosystem.
📉 Many money market protocols are insolvent due to the massive bad debts caused by these recent events.
In light of these events, we showcase the choice behind UniLend design principles & how our protocol would have minimized the damage.
